Terms and Conditions

1. Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

Shipping is free for orders of 55€ and over. For orders up to 54.99€ the shipping charge is 4€. The delivery time for the products sold depends on availability and is expected to be three (3) to five (5) working days after the Website accepts the order. The maximum delivery time is thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the sale, owing to possible third-party delays relating to delivery, unless there is a special, different agreement between the parties confirmed in writing by email. The delivery time may also be affected by the payment method chosen by the customer (e.g. the time taken for a bank transfer to be completed and to appear may vary depending on the Bank, usually 2-3 working days).

Force Majeure: The Website is not liable for delays in carrying out the order (including delivery) arising from circumstances that cannot be attributed to the fault of the Website or that are due to force majeure. In such cases, the Website is entitled to an extension of the time for performance. Examples may include strikes, terrorist acts, war, floods, fires, supplier/transport/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such events last for more than two (2) months, the sales contract may be terminated by either party without compensation. If the User considers that they no longer have an interest in the order being carried out, they are entitled to terminate the sales contract, and the Website is obliged to refund the price to them.

2. Domestic Shipping Policy

At present, we ship exclusively within Greece. All orders placed on the Website will be delivered to addresses within this area. We do not offer international shipping at present.

3. Delivery Details & User Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, full address and contact details, at the time the order is placed. The Website bears no responsibility for delivery delays, non-delivery or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the User. In such cases, any redelivery attempts or related charges will be borne by the User. It is important that the User carefully checks all the details submitted before finalising the order, to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason, provided you notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the day you receive your order. Statements sent after the 14 days are not accepted.

Which products can be returned. We accept returns only of products that have not been opened: sealed, unused and in their original packaging. For health protection and hygiene reasons, products that were unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (article 3ιβ of Greek law 2251/1994).

How to return a product. Follow these steps:

Within the 14 days, email us at herbalhellas@gmail.com with your name, your order number and the products you wish to return. You can use the model statement below or any other clear statement.
We reply by email to confirm that we received your statement and to give you the return address.
Send the products within 14 days of the day you notified us.

Return shipping costs. You bear the cost of sending the products back. We do not accept parcels sent carriage-forward or cash on delivery.

Refund. We refund you without delay once we have received the products you are returning or, if it happens sooner, once you have sent us proof that you posted them. We refund the amount you paid for those products. If you return the whole order, we also refund the cost of the original shipping (the standard 4€ charge, if you paid it). The refund is made by the same payment method you used.

Exchanges. We do not exchange products. You can return a product as described above and place a new order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong product. If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive a faulty or wrong product, contact us at herbalhellas@gmail.com or on +30 6949 560 277, with a photo if possible. In that case we replace the product or refund you, at no cost to you.

Model withdrawal statement. "To Herbal Hellas, herbalhellas@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following products: [products]. Order number: [number]. Received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."

5. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions exclusively govern every sale of products and/or services through the online store herbalhellas.com (hereinafter the "Website"). Any other terms and conditions are expressly excluded. Anyone who visits, transacts with or uses the services of the Website (hereinafter the "User") is deemed to consent to and unreservedly accept the terms set out here, without exception. If a User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Website and from any transaction with it.

6. Changes to the Terms

The Website reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Information & Products

The Website is committed to the truth, accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the online store regarding its own identity and details, and those of its suppliers, as well as the main characteristics of the products or services it offers through the online store. The Website reserves its position and is not bound by any technical or typographical errors that occurred by mistake or oversight or are due to force majeure, and which it agrees to correct immediately once they come to its attention.

8. User Responsibility

Every User is free to use the Website in accordance with the applicable Law and accepted principles of morality. Responsibility for the content of transactions rests solely with the User. The Website does not correct or interfere in any way with the data transmitted by the User. Users must fill in all required fields, such as name, address and message, in the online contact forms correctly and accurately. Use of the Website is subject to Greek, European and International laws, and the User agrees not to use our Website for the purpose of violating these laws.

In the context of the above, the User agrees and undertakes not to use the online store for:

Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that is illegal for any reason, causes unlawful offence and harm to the Website or to any third party, or breaches the confidentiality or privacy of any person's information.
Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that offends accepted principles of morality, social values, minors, etc.
Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that users have no right to transmit under the law or applicable agreements (such as inside information, or proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements).
Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties.
Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or obstruct the operation of any computer software or hardware.
Intentional or unintentional violation of the applicable legislation or regulations.
Harassing third parties in any way.
Collecting or storing personal data about other users.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Any copying, transfer or creation of derivative work based on the content of this Website, or misleading the public about the actual provider of the online store, is prohibited. Reproduction, distribution, transmission or retransmission of the material, or any other use of the content in any manner or by any means for commercial or other purposes, is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Website or of any other copyright holder.

10. Personal Data Protection

The protection of the User's personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU and, in general, by the applicable national and European legislative and regulatory framework for the protection of personal data. 11. Order Process & Product Availability

For transaction security reasons, a User can register with the online store before starting the process of placing an order. Registration or login requires only a full name, postal address, contact telephone number and email. This information remains strictly confidential. The Website reserves the right to use these details to send updates about new products or offers to customers or registered users. If at any time the User wishes to cancel their registration or unsubscribe from email updates, they can do so by sending an email to herbalhellas@gmail.com to request the deletion or amendment of their personal data.

The User is informed about the availability of products through the indications shown on the page of each product or service in the online store. The Website reserves its position on the availability of its products if they are not available at the time of the order. In such cases, the Website reserves the right not to accept the order in question, and the sale will therefore not be concluded. Any payments made for unavailable products will be refunded to the Customer without undue delay, using the same method the User chose to pay for their order.

12. Limitation of Liability for Orders & Pricing Errors

In the context of good faith and fair dealing, the Website is not obliged to accept an order and reserves the right to cancel and not conclude a sale of products and/or services which, due to a typographical or computer error, appear in the online store at an incorrect price (that is, lower or higher than the price in force for the period in question).

If such a price error is found in only some of the products ordered, the order remains valid and is carried out as normal for the correctly priced items. The order will be considered incomplete for the products in which the error was found. Any payments initiated or made will be cancelled/refunded to the User without undue delay.
